We collect very little data, and only to process your order and help you. Here is what it is, why, and for how long.

Data controller

The data controller is the operator of the website en.ishtirak-iptv.com, whose identity appears in the Legal notice. For any question about your data: contact@iptv-premium.net.

This policy applies to data processed through the website and the WhatsApp conversations and emails linked to the Ishtirak IPTV brand, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, Royal Decree M/19 of 1443 AH) and its Implementing Regulations.

The data we collect

  • Identification and contact : name, WhatsApp number, email;
  • Order data : plan chosen, date, amount, payment status, transaction reference (no card number: it is processed solely by the payment service provider);
  • Service data : login details created, activation and expiry dates, number of screens, options activated at your request (such as adult content);
  • Correspondence with support : messages, screenshots and technical information you send us (device, app, internet speed);
  • Technical browsing data : IP address, browser type, pages visited, under the conditions set out in the cookies section.

We do not ask for a postal address, date of birth or identity document.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing your order, sending the payment link and login details, and providing the service: performance of the contract (Article 6 of the PDPL);
  • Technical support and complaints : performance of the contract;
  • Invoicing and accounting : legal obligation (Article 6 of the PDPL);
  • Preventing abusive sharing and securing the service: legitimate interest (Article 6 of the PDPL) in protecting the service and its subscribers;
  • Reminders before your subscription expires: legitimate interest, with the option to object at any time;
  • Commercial offers : only with your consent (Article 6 of the PDPL), or for similar services if you are already a customer and have not objected;
  • Non-exempt audience measurement : consent.

Retention periods

  • Customer and order data: for the duration of the subscription, then 3 years after the last contact for customer-relationship purposes;
  • Accounting documents (invoices, proof of payment): 10 years (Commercial Books Law and VAT Law);
  • Correspondence with support: the time needed for processing, then limited archiving in the event of a dispute, until the applicable limitation period expires;
  • Data of a prospective customer who did not complete an order: 3 years at most after the last contact;
  • Cookies and tracking tools subject to consent: 12 months at most; your consent choice is kept for 6 months.

Recipients

Your data is accessed only by the people in charge of orders and support, and by the service providers who help us deliver the service, within the limits of their tasks:

  • the website hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd);
  • the payment service provider;
  • the messaging services used to communicate with you (WhatsApp, email);
  • the technical infrastructure that creates your login details.

We do not sell or rent your data. Some service providers may be located outside the Kingdom; data is transferred in accordance with the PDPL's safeguards. Official authorities may obtain data under a lawful request.

Your rights

You have the right ofaccess, and to rectification, and toerasure, and to restriction, and toobjection and data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to set instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to us at contact@iptv-premium.net or via WhatsApp, from the email or number used for the order. We reply within one month, extendable by two months if the request is complex. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.

To stop receiving commercial messages, simply reply "STOP" or use the unsubscribe link in the email.

Complaint to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA)

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), Riyadh, or online at sdaia.gov.sa.

Cookies

The website uses:

  • first, strictly necessary cookies (page operation, security, saving your cookie choices), which require no consent;
  • and where applicable, audience measurement cookies : placed only after your consent, unless they meet the exemption conditions set out in the PDPL.

The website does not place advertising cookies. You can accept, refuse or change your choices at any time via the banner or the cookie management link, and set your browser to block them. Refusing does not prevent you from browsing the website or placing an order.

Security and updates

The website is served over HTTPS, payment goes through a secure link with a specialised provider, and access to data is restricted to those who need it. We will never ask you for your banking password or your card codes on WhatsApp or by email.

This policy may be updated; the date of the last change is shown at the bottom of the page.
