Can I continue after the month?

Yes. Order the term you want and give us your username: we extend your current access without reinstalling anything.

Do I get the same content as the 12-month plan?

Yes, exactly the same content: channels, VOD, TV guide, catch-up and support. Only the term differs.

Is there auto-renewal?

No. One payment through a secure link, and nothing after that. When it ends, you decide.

What if my picture stutters?

Before activation, full refund if you cancel. After it, support helps you adjust speed, Wi-Fi and player; and if a problem on our side is not fixed within 72 hours, you get your money back.

How soon can I start watching?
