Copyright and reporting content
Are you a rights holder or authorised by one? Here is how to report content and what happens next.
Our commitment
Ishtirak IPTV respects intellectual property rights. Any rights holder, or their duly authorised representative, can report to us content available through our service or published on en.ishtirak-iptv.com that they believe infringes their rights.
Every report is reviewed by a real person, not by automated processing.
Where to send your report
Send your notice by email to contact@iptv-premium.net, with "Copyright report" in the subject line. One email per rights holder is preferred; it may cover several pieces of content.
Required information
So that we can act quickly, your notice must include the following:
- the date of the notice;
- your identity: for an individual, full name and address; for a legal entity, name, legal form, registered office and the name of the representative;
- if you are acting on behalf of a rights holder: proof of your authorisation;
- a precise description of the protected work or content and the rights claimed;
- identification of the disputed content as precisely as possible: displayed name, category, broadcast date and time for live content, or the URL of a page on the website;
- the reasons why the content should be removed, with the relevant legal provisions;
- a statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act.
These elements are based on the provisions of the Copyright Law (Royal Decree M/41 of 1424 AH) and the guidance of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP). An incomplete notice may delay its processing: we will then contact you to complete it.
